    Common questions

Why does Second Life ask to let my vendor take money?
That’s the DEBIT permission. The warning is Second Life’s own. Plurion uses it for three things only: refunding a buyer who paid the wrong amount or used a promo code or loyalty discount, paying your split partners, and sending Plurion’s 5% on the Free plan. See The DEBIT permission.
Can I keep my own vendor prims?
Yes. Take the Plurion [Vendor] script out of the Plurion [Vendor] object (right-click → Edit → Content, drag it to your inventory) and drop it into your own prim, keeping its name. No notecard needed. It shows your product’s picture on face 1 of that prim, replacing what’s there. Coming from CasperVend, MD or Allomancy? The migration kit converts your existing vendors in place.
I opened an object’s link and landed on a sign-in page
That browser isn’t signed in to Plurion yet. Type your avatar name → Login code (the code shows up at once in your local chat), type it and click Sign in. You land on the page the object wanted to open. Use the avatar that owns the object. See Signing in with a code.
Can I try Plurion without disturbing my shop?
Yes. Pick I’m keeping my current system at the question above. Plurion only reads your sales. Your current system keeps selling, delivering and taking the money, and no vendor is touched. See Migrating to Plurion.
