Your account & shops

In the appYour Hub (app.plurion.io/hub) · sign in at app.plurion.io/login

Your Second Life avatar is your Plurion account, with no email or extra username.

Plurion never asks for your Second Life password.

Creating your account

Touching the terminal in Second Life proves the avatar is yours.

  1. Teleport to Atlantic Coast 128, 129, 23 and touch the Merchants Terminal at Plurion HQ. (app.plurion.io/signup has the same teleport button.)
  2. Pick Sign up, then Go to page.
  3. Click Create my account. In Second Life, accept the Plurion [Starter Pack] box (what’s inside).
  4. Click Open your hub, then Create shop, and name your shop (you can change it later).
  5. Click your shop’s row under My shops to open it.

The Hub: all your shops in one place

Your Hub, app.plurion.io/hub, opens when you sign in. It shows all your shops and today’s income. No shop of your own? If you’re an admin, manager or viewer on a shop’s team, it shows that shop’s day. Otherwise, it shows just Create shop.

To switch shops, click the shop’s name at the top of the left menu. Back to Hub brings you back here. Each shop has its own plan (Free or Pro), products, objects, customers and team. Going Pro on one doesn’t change the others.

Signing in with a login code

Go to app.plurion.io/login.

Type your username, pick Login code, then type the 8 digits
Login code rules

A code works once, for 10 minutes, and a new code replaces it. Five wrong tries cancel it. You can ask for one a minute, up to ten a day. A sign-in lasts 7 days.

Signing in with a password (optional)

A password lets you sign in from your phone or any computer, without Second Life open. It works in every shop you own or help run.

  1. On your Hub, click Settings, next to Edit profile. A shop’s own Settings page is something else.
  2. Type a password twice (at least 10 characters) and click Set password. Next time, pick Password on the login page.
Changing or resetting your password

To change it later, type your Current password in the same window, then click Update password. Setting or changing a password signs out your other devices and stops their notifications.

Forgot it? Sign in with a login code and open Settings on your Hub. For 15 minutes, it won’t ask for your current password. Too late? Sign out and use a fresh code.

Security alerts

Plurion warns you of a sign-in from a new device, a password change, and a change to the payouts or team of a shop you own. Each alert comes as a notification on your devices and as a message in your local chat in Second Life. You can’t turn them off.

To see them all, open Settings on your Hub, then Security.

Which alerts, and who gets them
AlertWhenWho gets it
New sign-inA sign-in from a browser Plurion doesn’t know yet.You
Password changedYour password is set or changed. You
Split changed, Gacha payout changed, Collab payout changed…A split, a gacha machine’s partner or a collab payout changes. The shop’s owner (for a collab, both owners)
Team invite, Team changeSomeone is invited, joins, changes role or is removed. The shop’s owner

Each notification says what changed and who did it. A name comes with the first 8 characters of its UUID, so you know exactly who gets paid. Alerts of the same kind within 10 minutes are grouped into one, and tapping one opens Security.

The local chat message is one short sentence, without a link. Plurion spaces them out (one a minute at most, and none within 10 minutes of another for payout and team changes). Your devices and the Security page still get every alert.

The Security page
On SecurityWhat it’s for
Where your alerts goHow many of your devices get notifications, and the avatar your local chat messages go to. From here you turn them on (Turning it on).
Your devicesThe browsers you’ve signed in from, with their city, country and last visit. Sign out everywhere else ends every other session.
Recent activityThe last 12 months, with what changed (before → after), who and when.

You only see alerts addressed to you. Plurion keeps them 12 months, with a browser name and an approximate city and country, never your IP address.

Not you?

Recent activity names who made each payout or team change. If it’s a teammate, check with them, or remove them from your team. If it’s your own name, or a sign-in you don’t recognize, someone else has access to your account:

  1. On Security, click Sign out everywhere else.
  2. Change your password in Settings on your Hub.
  3. On your other devices, sign in again and click Enable on this device (Turning it on).

Signed out by someone else first? Sign in with a login code, which only your avatar receives. For 15 minutes, Settings then lets you set a new password without the old one.

Common questions

I never receive the login code.
Type your avatar’s username, not its display name. A wrong name gets no code, and the page won’t tell you. Be logged in to Second Life with that avatar, since the code shows up in your local chat. Still nothing? Use your password, or see Troubleshooting.
What if I lose access to my avatar?
There’s no recovery by email, since your avatar is your account. A Plurion password still lets you in, so set one now. And invite someone you trust onto each shop’s team, so no shop depends on a single sign-in.
Can someone else manage my shop without my password?
Yes. Invite them onto your team with a role: they sign in with their own avatar, and you can remove them without touching your own access. See Team, roles & permissions.
What happens to a shop I create and never use?
Nothing. It stays on Free and costs nothing. You can delete it from its own Settings page, with 30 days to change your mind. See Closing a shop.
I got a “New sign-in” alert, but it was me.
Plurion recognizes a browser by a cookie. A private window, cleared browser data, another browser, or one unused for 13 months doesn’t have it. Signing in there sends an alert. Some browsers, like Safari, also drop it after a week without a visit. That browser is now known, so there’s nothing to do. A private window forgets it when you close it.
Can I turn security alerts off?
No. They’re rare, and they’re how you’d learn that someone else got in. To stop notifications on one device, remove it from the Notifications panel. The local chat message still goes out.

No chapter matches.
