The customer hub

In the appYour customers’ side: app.plurion.io/me/login (not in your sidebar)

Your customers have their own Plurion page from their first purchase, with nothing for you to set up. Their Second Life avatar is the account (no email, no sign-up), and one sign-in shows every Plurion shop they bought from, each kept separate.

How customers get in

Your terminal opens your shop; the sign-in page opens all their shops
Way inWhat they doBest for
Your Plurion TerminalThey touch your Plurion [Terminal] and choose Access my page. A link valid 15 minutes opens their page at your shop. No terminal yet? See The Plurion Terminal.Someone standing in your shop.
A login codeAt app.plurion.io/me/login, they type their avatar name and choose Login code. An eight-digit code arrives in their local chat, valid 10 minutes. They type it and click Verify code.Coming back later, from anywhere, while logged into Second Life.
A passwordOptional. Once signed in with a code, they set one in Account settings. Then avatar name + Password works from anywhere.Someone who isn’t in Second Life right now.

You can also send them a way in. Share redelivery link, on their profile in Customers, opens the same page as the terminal. It works once, within 15 minutes. See Helping a customer.

Where they land

Your terminal or a link you send opens their page at your shop only. A sign-in with a code or a password opens their shop list instead, with their spend across all Plurion shops, purchases, credit, open tickets and valid rezzday codes. From there, they click your shop. In Account settings, they can turn off rezzday gifts from every shop at once.

Their page at your shop

Their page has a side menu with three sections and a Report a problem button.

What your customer sees: Deliver to get an item again, Report to write to you
  • Purchases lists every purchase from you. Deliver sends an item again, and Report opens a ticket about it. An imported purchase whose product isn’t mapped shows its source instead (via Casper, via Marketplace, imported). Their store credit is at the top, and the Receive product updates from … and Receive demo reminders from … switches at the bottom.
  • Support holds their conversations with you. See Support tickets.
  • Online shop lists what they can buy with their credit at your shop. See Your online shop.

To stop a product from being delivered again, see Allow customer redelivery.

What to tell your customers

Buyers who know the way in rarely ask “where do I get my item?”. Put a line like this in your landmark notecard, group notice or a sign in your shop. Drop the terminal part if you haven’t rezzed one:

For your notecard or group notice
Lost an item, or have store credit to spend?
Touch our Plurion Terminal and choose Access my page,
or sign in at app.plurion.io/me/login with your avatar
name (a code arrives in local chat - be logged in to SL).

Each customer sees only their own page

A terminal link is a random code that works once, within 15 minutes, for the avatar who touched. After that, the session lives in a cookie, so a link pasted in chat gives away nobody’s history. A customer only sees the shops they bought from, received credit from or opened a ticket with (there’s no directory), and only their own records.

You see their purchases at your shop in Customers.

Common questions

My customer says the code never arrives.
Check four things: the avatar name is spelled right; they’re logged into Second Life; they haven’t hit the limit (one code a minute, ten a day); and they’ve bought from, received credit from or written to a Plurion shop. Anyone else gets no code, and the page doesn’t say so. Meanwhile, your terminal or a Share redelivery link gets them in.
How long do they stay signed in?
Thirty days on the same browser, renewed each time they come back. Sign out ends it.
