Loyalty offers

In the appMarketing → Loyalty

A loyalty offer rewards a buyer at your vendors when they pay, with nothing to type. To compare with discounts and promo codes, see which tool for which sale.

  1. Bought Aurora Boots from you earlier
  2. Buys Aurora Jacket at your vendor and pays the regular L$300
  3. The vendor sends L$60 back right after
Discount mode: owns Aurora Boots → 20 % off Aurora Jacket
  1. Buys Aurora Jacket at your vendor, L$300
  2. Receives the jacket
  3. …and Aurora Scarf, free, in the same sale
Gift mode: buys Aurora Jacket → Aurora Scarf free

Discount mode: owns one product → money back on another

The vendor shows the regular price. The buyer pays it, and the vendor sends the discount back right after (“Thanks! … is on its way. Refunded L$60.”). Nothing announces the offer before payment, so advertise it yourself. If several offers could reward one purchase, the buyer gets the largest saving (the older offer on a tie).

Gift mode: buys one product → gets another free

Here the trigger is the purchase itself, so it works from your very first sale. Your DropBox delivers the free product with the paid one, at no cost in L$. It goes to whoever receives the purchase (the recipient, if the trigger was bought as a gift).

  • Before you start: the free product must be Active, and its item must sit in a DropBox that is online (it needs no vendor). Otherwise the paid item still arrives, but the gift doesn’t.
  • In your sales, the gift shows on the sale that triggered it, with a loyalty gift badge.
  • If several gift offers share a trigger, each free product is sent once.

Create an offer

Choose the reward first, since it renames the cards above
  1. On the webOpen the form and name itGo to Marketing → Loyalty and click Create your first offer (later: New offer). Fill in the Offer name, which buyers never see.
  2. On the webChoose the reward firstIn the card What they get, pick % or L$ for a discount (type the amount), or Gift for a free item. The two cards above rename themselves to match.
  3. On the webPick the trigger productsFirst card: If the buyer already owns (discount) or When the buyer buys (gift). Owning, or buying, any one of them is enough.
  4. On the webPick the reward productsSecond card: The reward applies to (the products discounted) or They receive free (each one is sent free).
  5. On the webSet the dates and createTick Limit to a time window to give it dates (30 days by default). Unticked, it runs until you pause or cancel it. Then click Create offer.

Reach, under the first card, counts how many of your customers already own a trigger product (discount offers only). At 0, the offer starts working once someone buys one, or once you import and map your old sales.

Follow, pause or stop an offer

  • Results. Each row shows the full price of the sales the offer rewarded, with “N sales · M buyers”. The tiles at the top add up Loyalty sales, Returning buyers (counted per offer) and Gross.
  • Pause stops an offer for a while and Resume brings it back. Cancel offer stops it for good.
  • An offer can’t be edited. To change one, create a new one and cancel the old. A finished offer can be removed from the list, and its history is kept.

Common questions

Do offers apply in my online shop or at gacha machines?
No, only to purchases at your Plurion vendors. A purchase made in your online shop does count as owning the product, though.
Does a loyalty offer add to a promo code or a discount?
Yes. A percentage is worked out on the regular price, and the total sent back never exceeds what the buyer paid. If it would, the loyalty part is reduced first (how reductions combine).
