Dashboard & Analytics

In the appDashboard · Analytics

Dashboard is the page your shop opens on. It fills in from your sales and refreshes on its own, with nothing to set up.

Your first days

A new shop’s dashboard is mostly empty. That’s normal. You’ll see:

  • You keep · today at 0 L$, with no comparison to yesterday.
  • In the band under it: “No activity yet.” Real signals replace it once a vendor or a DropBox is live, or a sale comes in.
  • A card “Coming from CasperVend or the Marketplace?” with Start migration, until your first Plurion sale. Its ✕ hides it in this browser. See how to move your shop to Plurion.
  • Shop traffic says “Rez a Visitor Counter to see who comes by.” until you set one up. See Visitors.

Today, at the top

The top of the dashboard, with example figures
#On screenWhat it tells you
1You keep · todayWhat you keep since the start of the day (what it counts). The pill compares with yesterday at the same hour (“▲ 12.4% vs yesterday”). It’s hidden when yesterday had less than L$100 by that hour.
2The barsOne bar per hour of the day, in SLT, with the busiest in cyan. Hover a bar to see its amount and its hour.
3The columnNew customers (first-time buyers today), Kept per sale (what you keep per sale today) and Conversion (today’s visitors who bought, divided by today’s unique visitors). Conversion needs a visitor counter that has seen visitors in the last 30 days. Until then, the slot shows Items delivered today.
4The Pulse bandOne short message at a time about your shop (see below).

The Pulse band

Its messages come from your real activity: sales up or down against last week, a product carrying the shop, an offline DropBox, a busy or a quiet day. Hover it to pause, or click the small dots to step through. When there’s nothing to report, it says so.

The dot’s color shows how much a message matters. A message that needs action opens into an Advisory card with a next step. An offline DropBox comes first.

During an event round, the band can also follow it: sales so far, days left, and the change against your previous round at the same point. See Planning & events.

Sales rhythm & best sellers

Sales rhythm draws what you keep day by day over 7d, 30d or 90d (it opens on 30). The dashed line is your daily average, and under the chart you’ll find the total and your best day. Best sellers lists your top four products over the same days. The chips only change these two panels. The top of the page stays on today.

Visitors & today’s ledger

With a visitor counter, two panels appear. Visitors today places each visit on a 24-hour line (SLT). Shop traffic gives today’s visits and the peak hour. The 30-day figures are on Visitors. With two counters or more, you can pick one counter or All counters in its selector.

At the bottom, Today’s ledger lists your latest sales of the day, up to five. All sales → opens Sales.

Going further: Analytics

Analytics, under Sales in the sidebar, shows what sells, where, and through which channel, over a period you choose. It opens on the last 90 days.

  • Gross, You keep, Sales, Avg per sale (on the full price), and Top product: the share of your revenue from your top product, with its name.
  • Top products and Top locations: click › on a line, then Open Sales, to see those sales in Sales.
  • Sales activity: weekdays against times of day (SL time), to see when you sell.
  • By source: your vendors, Marketplace, CasperVend and imports side by side.
  • Product profile: one dot per product, units sold against revenue.

L$ / Qty switches every chart between money and number of sales. Compare adds the change against the previous period of the same length.

Once Plurion has seen you at an event, an Events card at the bottom lists each round of the last 12 months, with its sim, its sales and the change against the previous round (Planning & events).

Common questions

My dashboard dropped back to 0. What happened?
A new day started. Days begin at midnight SLT, the grid’s time. Earlier sales are under Yesterday in Sales.
Do the totals include store-credit purchases?
No. They appear in your sales but stay out of every L$ total, since the money was counted when the credit was bought. See Where the money comes from.

No chapter matches.
