My Earnings

In the appYour Hub (app.plurion.io/hub) → My earnings

You’re a partner when a shop owner pays you a share of sales with a split. You don’t need Plurion to be paid, since your share lands in your Second Life wallet at each sale. My Earnings shows what you were paid, by which shop, for which product.

Getting in

Already have a Plurion account with that avatar? Your shares are linked to it automatically, so open your Hub and go straight to step 5. Otherwise:

  1. On the webAsk the shop owner for an invitationThey send it from their Splits page, with Not on Plurion · invite. It’s a link, valid 7 days, that only works for your avatar.
  2. On the webOpen it, press Accept invitationThe page names the shop. Plurion then sends a login code to your avatar.
  3. In Second LifeRead the code in Second LifeThe code arrives in your local chat, valid 10 minutes. Offline? Second Life delivers it at your next login.

Next time, sign in at app.plurion.io/login with your avatar name and a login code sent to your local chat (see Signing in). To preview the invitation page, see what an invitee sees.

What you see

  • Period: the same buttons as Sales. The page opens on Month.
  • Lifetime counts every share that reached your wallet, all time. Earned counts the same for the period, shop and product you picked.
  • Pending counts shares still unconfirmed 5 minutes after their sale (see below), for the period, shop and product you picked. Click the card to list them, and click it again to show every share.
  • Breakdown shows your top shops or products (By shop / By product), counting paid and pending shares. Click a row to keep only that shop or product.
  • Activity lists one row per sale where your share applied, newest first, each with its status. A row may read “Store credit top-up” or “Gift card” instead of a product. That’s your share of credit someone bought at the shop’s terminal.
  • Marketplace distributions lists shares a shop declared on its Marketplace listings. They’re estimates, since the Marketplace pays you directly. The filters don’t apply to them.

You see only your own shares. A shop owner sees only what their own shop pays you.

Paid, Pending, Failed: what to do

StatusWhat it meansWhat you do
PaidIn your wallet. Click the key on the row to copy its Second Life transaction key, then find the same transfer in your transaction history on secondlife.com.Nothing.
PendingSent, not confirmed yet. It may already be in your wallet.Check your Second Life transaction history. 5 minutes after the sale, the row offers Received (it becomes Paid, for good) and Not received (it becomes Failed, and the owner can retry).
FailedSecond Life refused the transfer, or you reported it as not received. The row shows the reason.Ask the shop owner to press Retry on their Splits page. Only they can, since the L$ leave their wallet.

Common questions

I accepted, but My Earnings says “No earnings yet”.
No sale has paid you a share yet, since a split only counts from the next sale after it’s set up. Your first share shows here as soon as a sale records it.
Can I be paid by several shops?
Yes. Each shop that adds you to a split pays you separately, and this page adds them all up. That’s why it lives in your Hub.
A share I was promised never arrived.
Look for the sale in Activity, with the period on All time. Click the shop’s row in the Breakdown to narrow it down. Failed: ask the owner to press Retry. Pending: check your Second Life history, then mark it Received or Not received. No row at all: your split didn’t cover that sale. Ask the owner which product, vendor or shop the rule covers.

No chapter matches.
