Planning & events
In the appMarketing → Planning
Planning is your shop’s private event calendar: the event rounds where your vendors are selling, the ones you plan to join, and what’s left to do before each. To announce an event to your customers, use the Events tab of your Storefront.
Events Plurion spots on its own
When your vendors sell at an event, Plurion adds the round to your calendar by itself, marked Detected, with its sales day by day. Sales count from two days before it opens until the day after it closes. Days are SLT.
The calendar
Each event has its own color. Its name sits in a small card on its first day, followed by a line in the same color. The line’s style tells you where it stands:
| Line | Means |
|---|---|
| Solid | Selling: a round whose sales Plurion follows, detected or entered by you |
| Dashed | Planned: an event you added, not followed yet |
| Pale | Closed: the round is over |
| Dotted | Worth a look: a round that may concern you |
The legend under the calendar names each event of the month. Click a day for its details: which day of each round it is (“Day 3 of 27”), that day’s sales and the total so far, plus the to-dos due that day.
Add an event
- On the webOpen the formClick Add an event at the top of
Planning, or Add to planning on a suggestion, which fills in the name, dates and sim. - On the webName, color and datesGive it a name, a Color (Auto, or one of eight), and its Opens (SLT) and Closes (SLT) days. An event can last 120 days at most.
- On the webThe sim, to follow your salesUnder Sim (optional), type the sim where the event takes place. Plurion then follows your vendors’ sales there during those dates. Without a sim, the event keeps its dates and to-dos, but no sales.
- On the webNotes and to-dosUse Notes for the rules, your booth, the exclusive you’re bringing. Under To-do, add up to 30 tasks, each with a due day if you like. Then click Add to planning.
Your events lists what you added. The pencil edits an event, and the bin removes it with its notes and to-dos (your sales stay). If you also sell on that sim outside the event, its row warns you that the numbers include those sales.
Worth a look
Above your events, Plurion asks about rounds that may concern you: “Are you taking part in …?”, or “The next … round opens … — you sold at the last one.” Add to planning fills in the form. A question goes away once the round is planned or detected.
In your Pulse and Analytics
- While a round runs, the Pulse band can follow it: sales so far, days left and, if you sold at the previous round, how this one compares at the same point. For three days after it closes, one message sums it up.
Analyticshas anEventscard: each round of the last 12 months with its sim, its sales and the change against the previous round. Open planning brings you here.- An event of your Storefront that has an Event location (SLurl) is followed the same way, marked From your storefront, so there’s no need to enter it twice.
Owners, admins and managers add and edit events. Viewers read the planning, and CSRs don’t see it (roles).
