Sales & transactions

In the appSales

Sales lists everything you sold: sales on your vendors and gacha machines, top-ups and gift cards bought at your terminal, your Marketplace and CasperVend sales once connected, and any history you imported.

The page at a glance

The Sales page, with example figures (Pro plan, no split)
#On screenWhat it tells you
1You keepWhat you keep over the period, after discounts, partner shares and the Plurion fee, and how many sales. Live · 30s means it refreshes on its own (Last 24h, no filter on).
2The period chipsThey set the period for the whole page: the figure, the chart, the totals, the Breakdown and the list.
3Search, Undelivered and LateFind a sale by product, buyer, gift recipient or transaction ID. Undelivered keeps the paid sales whose delivery failed. Late keeps those Plurion is still retrying 15 minutes after queuing them. Press both to see both.
4SourcesKeep one channel: Plurion, Casper live, Marketplace or CSV. With none selected, you see everything, including top-ups, gift cards and store-credit purchases, which have no chip.
5Over the periodYour sales over time at full price, in L$ or number of sales (L$ / Qty). Trend adds a smoothed line, Compare the previous period (see below).
6Sales count · Gross · You keepThe list’s totals: number of sales and average per sale, their full price, and what you keep.
7BreakdownOpens your top products and top locations for the period. Click a line to filter the list on it.
8The listOne line per sale. Click ⓘ to open it. Click a product or location to filter on it, or a buyer’s name for a quick look at them (Ctrl-click opens their full profile in a new tab).
Periods and comparing

Sales first opens on Week (the last 7 days). After that, it opens on the last period you clicked in this browser (Custom aside). Month starts on the 1st, and 90 days and 12 months count back from today. Custom adds two date fields after the search box, From and to. A “to” date before “from” turns its field red.

Compare, in the chart’s header, adds the previous period as a dashed gray line. Next to You keep, a pill gives the change: “▲ 12.3% vs previous period” in green, “▼ …” in red, or “vs 0 L$ the previous period” when there was nothing before. The previous period has the same length and ends where yours starts: yesterday for Today, the 7 days before for Week, and so on. Month compares with the same days of the month before (October 1–11 with September 1–11). Custom compares once both dates are set. All time has no previous period, so the chip is grayed out. The comparison keeps the page’s filters, and your browser remembers whether it’s on.

Reading a line
You seeIt means
A small dice next to PlurionA gacha pull (every pull is a real sale)
A pink gift tag, and → Name under the buyerBought as a gift for that avatar
A green loyalty gift tagThis purchase earned the buyer a free loyalty gift
An amber 🏷 sale tag (hover it to see the campaign)A Discounts campaign lowered the price
A small struck-through amount above the main oneA Plurion discount. The struck-through amount is the full price. The main amount is always what the buyer paid, imported sales (Casper, Marketplace, CSV) included
you keep and a cyan amount under the main oneWhat stays with you when it’s less than what was paid, after partner shares, the Plurion fee, CasperVend splits or the Marketplace commission. Hover it to see where the difference went
A gray amount tagged credit usePaid with store credit, so not counted as revenue (see below)
A red line with ⚠ instead of ⓘThe delivery failed, or the sale was marked refunded
Unknown product as the productA top-up or a gift card sold at your terminal (no product)

Point at a line and every purchase of that buyer on the page lights up, with their count and total paid. For a buyer’s whole history, click their name.

The number next to Sales in the sidebar adds up the Undelivered and Late counts, redeliveries included. Pressing either button switches the period to All time, since those sales can be older. The bell at the top of the page lists each one and opens it: “… — never delivered” for a failed delivery, “Delivery delayed — still retrying” while Plurion keeps trying (If a DropBox can’t deliver).

Opening a sale & fixing it

Click ⓘ (or ⚠ on a red line) to open a sale. You see the item, the buyer, the price and any discount, promo code or loyalty gift, what you keep (You keep), where and when it sold, and its Splits, if any. Technical details, folded at the bottom, hold the transaction ID to copy when you ask for help. The buttons at the bottom depend on what happened to the sale:

SituationClickWhat happens
A customer lost an item they had receivedRedeliverThe same item goes out again to the recipient, usually within a minute. A gacha pull has no Redeliver.
The delivery is still in progress (not delivered yet, not failed)—Plurion keeps retrying on its own. Check that your DropBox is online and holds the item. Redeliver appears once the item is delivered.
The delivery failed and you have fixed the cause (item back in the DropBox, box rezzed again)Retry deliveryDelivery runs again. Partners are not paid a second time.
The delivery failed and you refunded the buyer yourself, in-worldMark refundedThe sale stays in the list, marked refunded, and still counts as a sale, but its L$ leave your totals. Plurion sends no L$ and doesn’t take back shares already paid to partners.
You refunded a delivered sale, or the sale should not be thereDelete saleThe sale leaves Sales, the dashboard and your totals, and can’t be redelivered anymore. There’s no undo.
A partner’s share failedRetry on its line, under SplitsThe share goes out again through one of your live vendors. The Splits page also lists every failed share (When a share fails).

Redeliver, Retry delivery and Mark refunded are open to Owners, Admins and CSRs. Delete sale is for Owners and Admins only (roles).

When Redeliver refuses
  • “This product is set non-redeliverable…” means you chose that in the product’s settings. An owner or an admin can click Force redeliver for this customer (redelivery settings). Others are told to ask them.
  • “Redelivery failed (buyer_banned).” means the buyer is banned at level 2 or higher. Lift the ban on their customer page first (banning a customer).
  • “Can’t redeliver this sale…” means the sale was deleted, it’s an imported sale that matches none of your products, or it was never delivered. A failed sale uses Retry delivery instead.

Where the money comes from

SourceWhat it isCounts as revenue?
PlurionA sale on one of your vendors, gacha pulls includedYes
Casper liveYour CasperVend sales, copied live once you have connected CasperVendYes
MarketplaceYour Second Life Marketplace sales, once you have connected the MarketplaceYes
Casper CSV · Allomancy CSV · MD CSVPast sales you imported from a file (chip: CSV)Yes
Top-upA customer added L$ to their own store credit at your Plurion TerminalYes
Gift card soldSomeone bought store credit as a gift for another avatar (gift cards)Yes
Store creditA purchase paid with store creditNo, listed in gray and left out of every L$ total

A gift card or top-up counts once, when its L$ come in, so spending that credit later adds nothing to your totals. If a store-credit purchase can’t be delivered, the credit goes straight back to the buyer, and the sale says so. See When a delivery cannot complete.

Common questions

Why is “You keep” lower than the price on my vendor?
Discounts, shares and the Plurion fee. A sale campaign lowers the price your vendor shows. With a promo code or loyalty offer, the vendor pays the buyer back right after the purchase. At the same moment, the vendor sends your split partners their shares, and Plurion its 5% on the Free plan.
A sale is missing. Where do I look?
Click Clear, if it shows, to remove every filter. Then pick All time, since older sales can fall outside the period you’re on.
Can I export my sales?
Not from this page. Owners and Admins can download everything, sales included, from Settings → Export your data → Download summary, a readable JSON file. See Exporting your data.
