Notifications on your phone
In the appAdmin → Settings → Notifications · Hub → Settings → Security
Plurion can notify your phone or computer when you sell, when a gacha machine is played or when a customer writes, plus your security alerts. It works even when Plurion is closed. It’s off until you enable it, and each device is enabled separately.
Turning it on
On an iPhone, start with the iPhone steps.
- On the webOpen your shop’s SettingsEnter a shop and click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar (on a phone: More → Settings).
Notificationsis the second panel. Only owners and admins see Settings. The same button is also on Security, on your Hub (for your team, see the questions at the end). - On the webClick Enable on this deviceYour browser asks whether Plurion may send notifications. Allow it. The device joins Your devices, and three switches appear below, all on.
- On the webSend yourself a testClick Send a test notification. Every device you enabled receives it.
On an iPhone, install Plurion first
On an iPhone, only an app on the Home Screen can send notifications. Until Plurion is installed, the panel shows the install steps instead of the button. It takes a minute:
- On the webAdd Plurion to your Home ScreenIn Safari, open
app.plurion.io, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. - On the webOpen Plurion from the new iconIt opens full screen, like an app. If you see the sign-in page, sign in again. A password is quickest on a phone, or use a login code.
- On the webEnable itOpen your shop, tap More → Settings → Enable on this device, then Allow.
Android phones and computer browsers enable notifications without installing anything.
What you get notified about
| Switch | Notifies you when |
|---|---|
Sales | A sale is paid in Second Life, on the Marketplace, or through the live mirror of the system you’re moving from (imported history never notifies). Gift cards, top-ups and store-credit purchases count too. |
Gacha pulls | Someone plays one of your gacha machines. |
Support | A customer opens a ticket, or replies after you’ve read it. Several unread replies give a single notification. |
A sale notification shows the amount and the item, like “L$60 · Aurora Jacket”, with the buyer’s name below. Tap it to open that sale. A gacha pull opens Gacha; a ticket opens the ticket.
The switches belong to your account, so they apply to every shop you own or work on, on all your devices. You can’t mute a single shop. To silence one device, remove it from the list. Security alerts have no switch.
Your devices
The panel lists every device you enabled, with the date it was added. This device marks the one you’re using. The bin icon removes one, such as a phone you replaced. Sign out turns off notifications on the device you’re on, so the next person on a shared computer doesn’t get yours. To turn them back on, sign in and click Enable on this device.
If something’s off
| If you see | Do this |
|---|---|
| “Notifications are blocked for this site. Enable them in your browser settings, then reload this page.” | You refused once, so the browser no longer asks. Allow notifications for app.plurion.io in your browser’s site settings, then reload the page. |
| “This browser doesn't support push notifications.” | Use another browser. On an iPhone, Plurion must be installed (see above) and iOS must be 16.4 or later. |
| A device that used to work receives nothing | Its browser data was cleared or the app reinstalled. On that device, click Enable on this device (or Re-enable on this device) again, and remove its old line from the list. |
| Your devices stopped receiving after Sign out everywhere else or a new password | Both turn off notifications on every device but the one you used. On each of the others, sign in and click Enable on this device. |
No Notifications panel at all | Notifications are temporarily unavailable on Plurion’s side. Nothing to fix on yours. |
Common questions
Will my team be notified too?
Settings, everyone else from Security on their own Hub. Split partners get nothing about your shop, and its security alerts go to you, the owner, only.
